Welcome to Unique Screen Printing (USP). By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Artwork & Proofing

• Approval Process: We provide digital proofs for every order. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all spelling, colors, placement, and sizing. Production will not begin until we receive written approval of the digital proof.

• Errors After Approval: USP is not responsible for errors (including typos or design flaws) on orders that have been approved by the customer.

• Copyright: By submitting a design, you warrant that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it. USP reserves the right to refuse any order involving trademarked or copyrighted material without proof of authorization.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Transparent Pricing: The price quoted is the price you pay. Our quotes include all standard setup fees unless otherwise specified.

• Payment Terms: A [50% deposit / Full Payment] is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping or at the time of pickup.

• Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

• Standard Turnaround: Our standard turnaround time is approximately [7–10] business days from the date of artwork approval and payment.

• Deadlines: While we strive to meet all requested deadlines, USP is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or garment backorders from manufacturers.

• Rush Orders: Rush services are available for an additional fee and are subject to schedule availability.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom Nature of Goods: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. * Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled prior to the start of production. If production has begun, the customer is responsible for the full cost of the order.

• Defects: If there is a documented manufacturer defect or a printing/embroidery error that differs from the approved proof, please notify us within [5] days of receiving your order to initiate our Satisfaction Guarantee process.

5. Material & Color Variance

• Garment Consistency: USP partners with premium manufacturers, but slight variations in garment color and sizing are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

• Color Matching: We strive for 100% accuracy, but digital screen colors (RGB) differ from physical ink/thread colors. For exact matching, please request Pantone color matching (additional fees may apply).

6. Customer-Supplied Goods

• If a customer provides their own garments for customization, USP is not responsible for the replacement cost of the items should a machine malfunction or misprint occur. We highly recommend using our sourced premium materials for the best results.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County], NY.
